Casting Couch...Would you do it?

Everyone’s heard about the ‘casting couch’ but as far as I know it’s just a rumor our no proof has been found to put this myth to rest. This may sound random but today I was talking to my mum about how glamorous celebrity life seems and how I would love to be part of (who doesn’t think about it once in while). She started telling me how its just a cover and behind the scenes there’s a lot that we don’t know which isn’t as pretty (true I’m sure) but it annoyed me that she took this small statement to such a length that she asked me if I’d sleep with someone just to go ahead, unfortunately I did take a few seconds to think about it and said I suppose not. I know it sounds horrible but I don’t think unless your put into the position yourself of having to sleep with an old rich man for something that could make your career sky-rocket you can give a definite answer.
No one wants to hear his or her daughter say something like that obviously but I did have to think about it and then even I was surprised I had to after being told by my mother that it should be a definite NO! So after pondering about this for the better half of my day I did what anyone would do, I googled the answer. On yahoo someone asked if you’d sleep with someone if you were given a million pounds. Half said they would cause it would get them out of difficult situations or give them a more luxurious life, those against it manly said it was because they were in a happy relationship and would do nothing to jeopardize that. These questions made me think though about how this is just like prostitution selling one’s bodies for money or something you need/want.
However, I’m still not convinced if I was at the doorstep which leads me to have my name on everyone’s lips and my face on every billboard, would I say no? I mean if this concept of the couch is true then others have done it and some may now be the big name of Hollywood. It’s not like they have any special type of blood or thought process we’re all human so what made them choose to go through with it? And of those that did how many of them actually got what they asked for?  Because I couldn’t find any answers to this specific question I put my All Time Low album on started writing whatever came to mind so this may sound like a lot of chaos cause that’s what’s in my brain more than half the time (honestly). But I would very much like to hear from anyone who happens to come across this of their opinion, I have no fact and it’s not like I’m going to jump into anyone’s bed any time soon but I got cared at the thought that I had no thoughts about this and no particular conclusion as to what I would do. So I'd like to know in all honesty what would you do?
